A Few Things to Know

  • Billing reflects the number of spaces you reserve.
  • If you need to cancel, you have five business days from your event’s scheduled date to do so.
    • Cancellations after that deadline cannot be refunded.
  • Hosting five guests or fewer? Please use your departmental parking portal to purchase permits instead of submitting an event request.

Event Parking Types

Customer-Paid Events: Once your event is approved, we’ll email a custom event parking invitation to your event contact.

  • Need changes? No problem. Just reach out to Parking & Transportation at muparking@missouri.edu
  • When ready, your event contact can share the invite with attendees.
  • Attendees will register their own vehicles for the event.
  • No need to print or display anything. No physical hang tag or receipt required.
