Employee Parking Permit Election for Fall 2025

Faculty and staff can request their preferred parking locations that will start Aug. 1, 2025, during the employee permit election period beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, April 14, through 11:59 p.m. Friday, April 18. Employees who want to remain in their current locations do not have to do anything; they will be automatically assigned their existing spaces but should review the new rates. A form is available below and can also be found on the Employee Permits page during the election period. Requests will be time-stamped. Permit holders can request their top two parking locations, in order of preference. Find more information about the new parking program.
