Beginning Dec. 24, 2022, Virginia Avenue Parking Structure (VAPS) will close for deferred maintenance repairs. It is scheduled to reopen in Aug. 2023. Parking consultants deemed repairs critical at this time, so permit holders are being reassigned.

Beginning Dec. 23, 2022, Virginia Avenue Parking Structure (VAPS) will close for deferred maintenance repairs. It is scheduled to reopen in Aug. 2023.

Parking consultants deemed repairs critical at this time, so permit holders are being reassigned as follows:

Students living in residence halls will park on levels four and five of Parking Structure 7, which is one block south of VAPS. If you are a graduate student, you should have received a separate email from Parking reassigning you to your secondary choice on your fall permit application or the parking structure or lot closest to your current location.

Faculty and staff who park in VAPS are being reassigned temporarily as follows:

• Those who work in a building west of Hitt Street will park in Conley Avenue Garage.
• Those who work in a building east of Hitt Street will park in University Avenue Garage.
