Student
parking is available in a variety of locations on campus. Two commuter
lots have shuttle service available through the day and evening
hours. Students living in residence halls must apply for a parking
permit. Priority will be given to upperclassmen and permits will
be assigned based on space availability and when the application
was received.
Students with disabilities
who wish to park must complete an application and submit it with
their state-issued disabled parking permit.
Other graduate,
professional and undergraduate students may apply for any remaining
available spaces. The cost of permits vary by location. Dates, times,
and locations when permits are available are posted at Parking &
Transportation Services, Turner Ave. Garage, Level 2. Any permits
not claimed after the posted pick up dates will be reassigned to the
next student on the waiting list.
With the addition of the Hitt St. Parking Garage, there are more
than 2,000 metered spaces for students. Students who have guests or visitors have a
responsibility to assist their guests with a legal permit.
